Refund policy

  • Returns requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date. You (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
  • Clothing items must be unworn and with original tags and packaging.
  • Exchanges- we do not accept exchanges, only returns
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Evelyn Rose-Boutique's part.

    All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry and sale items are final sale.

    Please follow these steps for returns/exchanges:

    1. Please submit your return request via returns@evelynrose-boutique.com
    2. A return address will be provided to the customer and instructions to send product back as soon as possible for inspection.
    3. Please allow  5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process the return or exchange.
    4. If a refund was processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank. Shipping cannot be refunded.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
